Risk Behaviour of Students of 2nd Grade of Primary School Křemže

The aim of this study is to analyze the risky behavior of students at the Křemže Elementary School. The main objective of the study is to identify the most common forms of risky behavior among the students of this school. Based on the established objectives, hypotheses are developed in the study that deal with the issue of risky behavior. The study also takes into account gender and factors that may lead to risky behavior, such as social networks and early sexual life. To achieve these objectives, a quantitative research strategy is used in the study, utilizing the survey method and the technique of anonymous questionnaires. The questionnaire results are processed and evaluated using statistical graphs and tables. The chi-square test of independence is used to test hypotheses, and the Microsoft Excel program is used to analyze the results. The research revealed that risky behavior occurs to some extent at the Křemže Elementary School. The study identifies the most common form of this behavior, which is the issue of internet addiction and dependence. Another potential threat at this school is alcohol consumption at a young age. Adolescents often underestimate the risks associated with alcohol and should be educated about the dangers. It was also found that gender does not affect the types of risky behavior studied. The study provides results that the school can use to create preventive programs against this type of behavior. At the same time, the study can serve as an information channel for teachers, legal representatives, and the students themselves.

The world of mentally challenged people from a different perspective

5 Abstract The main focus of this diploma thesis is the quality of mentally challenged people's life in the Czech Republic. The quality of their life is being analyzed from various perspectives. The thesis begins with legislation which includes individual spheres from where it's clear that this issue isn't in any law nor regulation comprehensive, but it's included only partly. The explanation and classification of retardation is included for better understanding. The main spheres of focus are following: enrollment of mentally challenged people into education including special schools followed by an assertation on the work market, housing options (especially the positive trend of transition from institutional to individual approach), leisure activities. The thesis includes sensitive topics such as sexual life, motherhood (parenthood) or violence against mentally challenged people as well. Special social work-related methods haven been developed for better cooperation between workers and mentally challenged clients. The thesis also aims on the role of non-governmental non- profit corporations which play a significant role in the work with mentally challenged people. ÚVOD: Syndrom vyhoření relativně závažný problém projevující psychosomatickým onemocněním, emocionální vyčerpaností jedince. Vzniká především pomáhajících profesí, jako důsledek chronického stresu, ztráty motivace svém povolání CÍLE Cílem diplomové práce bylo zjistit syndrom vyhoření ovlivňuje sexualitu všeobecných sester pracovištích neodkladné péče v kultních nemocnicích. Výzkumné šetření probíhalo pomocí dvou dotazníků. První standardizovaný dotazník zjišťuje míru syndromu vyhoření, jde o českou verzi Shironomovy škály (Shirom, Melamed, 2006 in Ptáček 2013) Druhý dotazník je zaměřen na xuální funkce ženy (Mellan in Kratochvíl, 1999 . Výzkumný vzorek tvořily všeobecné sestry ženy, pracující na odděleních neodkladné péče v nefakultní nemocnici. VÝSLEDKY vyhodnocení dat bylo použito 62 dotazníků. Byly stanoveny čtyři pracovní hypotézy H1: Předpokládáme, že rozvojem syndromu vyhoření bude klesat žen pracujících jako všeobecná sestra odděleních neodkladné péče v nefakultních nemocnicích pohlavní touha. The influence of the burnout syndrome on the sexuality of paramedics

Introduction to the issue: This paper examines the impact of burnout syndrome, which is common among caring professionals, on the sexuality of male paramedics. The term "burnout" was coined in the US 25 years ago. Burnout is defined as a mental state resulting from constant and long-term exposure to stress, especially in relation to psychosocial work factors (Melamed and Shirom, 2006). The effect of burnout syndrome on sexuality is a topic that has received very little attention. That is why I decided to cooperate with PhDr. Šárka Dynáková, Ph.D. and doc. PhDr. Jan Kožnar, CSc, who are working on an international study in the Czech Republic on the effects of burnout syndrome on human health. Methodology: For the theoretical part of this diploma thesis, use was made of monographs and databases. For the practical part, quantitative data was collected using standardized questionnaires distributed among male paramedics. The first questionnaire focused on burnout syndrome using a validated questionnaire for the Czech Republic, one that applies the Shirom-Melamed scale from 2006 (Ptáček, 2013). Introduction: The topic of burnout syndrome is a considerably up-to date topic worldwide and not completely thoroughly researched. The aim of the diploma thesis is to learn whether a higher rate of burnout syndrome has an effect on sexuality in non-medical male health workers in urgent care workplaces in teaching facilities. The topic of the syndrome has fascinated me as a healthcare worker in urgent care. The information obtained from the research work will be a partof an international study investigating the impact of the burnout syndrome on human health. In the Czech Republic, this research is conducted under the authority of PhDr. Šárka Dynáková, Ph.D. and doc. PhDr. Jana Kožnara, CSc. Methodology: The research was carried out using a quantitative method using two anonymous questionnaires. The research sample consisted of non-medical male health workers at urgent care facilities in teaching hospitals. The influence of the burnout syndrome on the sexuality of general nurses in intensive care in university hospital

Introduction: Burnout syndrome is a topical issue in the world and in the Czech Republic, not only in the healt sector. The diploma thesis is focused on finding the conection between burnout syndrome and sexuality of general nurses in emergency care. I chose the topic for my diploma thesis because it is close to me and I work in emergency care myself. In addition, the topic is not very well explored, and the research data will contribute to an international study examining the imapct od burnout syndrome on human health. This study in the Czech Republic is under the guidance of PhDr. Šárky Dynákové, Ph.D. and doc. PhDr. Jana Kožnara, CSc.
